Teamspeak room refund?

Hello, I was just wondering whether it'd be possible to refund me the 3,5k tokens for buying the TS room and get rid of the room? I basically haven't used it at all ever, and there are some nicer alternatives now.

Your TS room was purchased back in July 2015, at this point I don't think its very fair to offer a refund since its been so long. However, I will bring this up with our team and see what the overall opinion is.

I can see how it can be considered a problem, but thank you for not instantly refusing to think about it.

For TS rooms specifically its a very valid point. A lot of people have shifted over the years and left Teamspeak with Discord and the TwitchApp being available. I'll let you know what I find out.
