Name Change

Would it be possible to resolve the issue my name change caused please? I did it when Twitch introduced the feature without thinking about the consequences of linked accounts :(

On Cohhilition.com I'm showing as "mmmarmite" with 426 tokens (no longer increasing) while on services.cohhilition.com I'm showing as my current username "cragglesock" with 92 tokens.
