Token store still showing old name. Unable to make token purchases.

So on forums I am seeing my current name and tokens just fine. However, when I go to the token store I am still getting my old SN MikeThomasRaiderz and not able to spend any tokens as it says i have 0. If possible could that be changed? Thanks for the help o/
