Hey Naxaruzz,
there are several ways. The most common one is explained when typing !howtoGA into twitch chat, which will say this:
Join the TwitchApp giveaway room at http://www.cohh.tv/GiveawayRoom and make sure that you sync your Twitch account with the TwitchApp. Then ask for a mod with the !modpls command. A mod will then talk with you and help you set up the giveaway. The Mod will run the GA on stream
