Twitch Name Change

Hi, unfortunately I had forgotten that the Cohhilition system is not yet updated to handle Twitch name changes.

I am still using the same account.
Through Twitch I have changed my username from (old) Zenay_darc to (new) Zetharium.

After the name change I have started to build up Lifetime Tokens, so just to be make sure:
"I am both Zenay_darc and Zetharium - I want all my tokens and Legacy Web Sub option transferred to Zetharium."

After changing my username on Twitch, I wanted to Double-Sub, using my Legacy Web Sub from the Cohhilition website.
Since my details on Twitch and the Cohhilition website currently aren't synced, should I instead wait until this is resolved?
