I've been trying for a while to figure out how to find, and get rid of the two notifications it's showing by 'Inbox', are those permanent?
Also, how do I check my tokens? lol.

The inbox and Alerts sections are part of the forums. What I've discovered is if you click and drag your name at the top of the screen, the information will show how many tokens you currently have, if it is not being shown next to your name at the top of the screen.

The inbox is showing how many unread conversations you have. If you click on it, it will take you to your conversations. You can check the boxes next to unread ones and mark as read. Your token amount is listed in the top right next to your name. I'm attaching a screenshot to show you what I mean.
