Rockstar Games originally promised European preloads for the PSN version of Grand Theft Auto V on September 13, but has since delayed them.
Rockstar Tweeted earlier that European preloads would be available on September 15, but that date was delayed until September 16 for European customers, while U.S. customers won't be able to preload GTA V at all, a Rockstar representative told Joystiq.
"It's not our call," the representative said.
A Sony representative confirmed on the company's forums that September 16 is indeed the new date, and that they will "try to find out why the date has changed."
