Fall is here, and whether that means back-to-school or just a new slate of gaming releases just around the corner, it’s the perfect time for a new gaming PC. While you might be quick to build a big desktop box, there’s plenty of gaming laptops out there that offer the same performance but with less bulk and more portability. Here’s our favorites.
The Razer Blade (14-inch, 2013) is one of the smallest gaming laptops to date for the power found inside. It’s as sleek as a MacBook Pro, but houses a 2.2Ghz core i7-4702HQ processor and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M GPU. That standard combination makes it a powerhouse that would rival most mid-range PCs. On top of all that, the build quality is exceptionally solid as the Blade forgoes the infamous Switchblade UI trackpad for a more traditional, MacBook style large trackpad centered below the keyboard.
