All Blizzcon 2013 attendees are entitled to receive an Elite Tauren Chieftain cards. For those, who were not able to attend Blizzcon 2013 in person, this card will be added to the decks of virtual ticket holders as well. Even now, you can still buy the Virtual Ticket up to one week after Blizzcon to receive in-game goods in Warcraft, Diablo, Starcraft and Hearthstone.
