Alright people!
Let me explain!
For some medical reasons all my savings all went up into thin air so I need this desktop to be able to handle the latest games coming out at a descent quality while still being able to stream, play music, run TS server? idk if that runs on the computer or not who knows ^-^, donation tracker, steam, etc.
You know the usual!
I need this to be as cheap as possible without needing to upgrade soon after I get it.
I need the desktop as well as a screen and keyboard.
I need it to be able to use 2 screens eventually but lets start with 1 shall we just to keep the price down!
If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
Don't ask about a budget because it needs to be as cheap as possible!
It also needs to be on this website since this one is the cheapest that I have found! (its a Dutch website but you guys should be able to figure it out since the parts are kinda universal and google can translate it if you desire)
Azerty.nl
What do I have now?
Here you go a link!

Also one more thing!
The case is already a set part since someone is giving it to me as a present ^-^ well any case really as long as it doesn't go over that price but I really like that one!

First of all - why the WiFi card? If you live in a household where others will use the WiFi for tablet/phone video/audio downstreaming (youtube/HBO/Netflix or w/e), running another PC or the like.. I would STRONGLY recommend a cable to the router instead of WiFi... ESPECIALLY now that you plan on streaming and perhaps running a TS server. WiFi can skip packet frames and this makes shizzle really bad for continous, smooth streaming/TS'ing.. and ofc gaming all in all..
This also applies if your WiFi environment is full of other ppls networks (apartment complex) - so if you have any control and you HAVE to use WiFi, atleast find a "quiet" channel/frequency to use.
I would seriously suggest getting a 2nd monitor from the start aswell - it REALLY helps to be able to run the game in windowed/fullscreen(windowed) mode on the "main" screen and then have another monitor with chat, dashboard, stream view, browser with tabs and everything else there! Consider getting a secondary screen used/cheap - a decent old 4:3 19" in 1280x1024 could do nicely and they should be available used for almost nothing..
I think you have the main hardware down - you'll have almost the same setup as Cohh, except the SSD - but /shrug - it's loadingtimes.. just gives you more time to talk to your viewers without having to focus on the game.
I do believe that with your intended use, this is a really good machine and you shouldn't get anything less CPU/GFX-wise - that's the absolute minimum for a somewhat "futureproof" streaming setup that'll last a cpl of years for FPS/3D gaming - possibly with a GFX upgrade at a point and you'll be able to keep everything else for a cpl of years more.
The case is really great featurewise, but I hate the looks - but that's personal tastes and you've got your own - One thing - if you plan on getting another case, make suer that it's atleast 18.5-19cm wise on the outside, so you can fit the excellent cooler.. the NZXT550 is 23.5cm, so you're fine - but it is a huuuuuuge case and you'll have nothing in it.. so lots of empty space /shrug.
I will also ask you to rethink running a TS server on your own unless you have a LOT of upload speed.. if you have a typical ADSL connection eg. 20/3 - 50/5, then you will NOT be able to have more than 4-5 users before the bandwidth demands starts interfering with stream quality and/or online game server connections, as those things can be a little touchy when you have a lot of ppl using the TS server locally.
If you have synchronous fibre ISP like 20/20 or 50/50 or higher, go for it, your CPU will be able to handle it - just remember that if someone decides to DDOS, it will not only affect your streaming, but also the TS server for everyone who is using it!

AntiViGames i do believe the Wifi card is unnecessary .. instead you can get a capture card that will help a lot for streaming
For the power supply .. i do believe its an overkill for the current setup .. and same goes for an SLI configuration
this one http://azerty.nl/0-1073-652227/corsair-cs750m.html
is 750w and 80 plus Gold (high efficiency 88%) vs the 850w 80 plus Bronze (lower efficiency 82%)you selected which makes it almost equal . It can do 2-way SLI if you want to do it in the future and its €40 cheaper.
For the Processor .. Unless you are overclocking .. dont go for the K version and you can save a couple of €
or go for the previous generation of i7 processors (if you go for the non K version)which is equally good and you can get a cheaper motherboard
http://azerty.nl/0-4924-491250/asrock-z ... derbo.html
and a cheaper processor
http://azerty.nl/0-2533-485532/intel-co ... -ghz-.html
For Ram memory you can go cheaper as well. I use Crucial for Ram and its amazing (it does the job
) .. The one i posted below has better stats than the one you have in your list .. CL8 > CL9 lower cas latency means better performance , 1.35v > 1.5v it needs lower voltage to run, which gives you room for Ram overclocking if you need to do it. Also its €7 cheaper.

Thats my 2 cents .. If someone disagrees please feel free and correct me
the overall setup will be this(i hope the link works):

svasilis - I think the i7-4770K is great for a multitude of purposes, longevitywise.. lots of thermal overhead so he can OC it if needed later on..
I also wondered about the 850W PSU, but if OP wants to go SLI, but for now, you can even drop as low as 500W, but I'd choose 650W for safety and less wear. A 80+ Bronze or better is ofc a nice thing.
And I'd strongly recommend NOT choosing socket 1155 cpu/mobo as the new Haswell/1150 chipset has a lot of better peripheral options (native SATA3, lots of USB3.0 n so on)
Ram can get replaced for sure!

I agree Ashardis - but since budget is the problem here... i tried giving cheaper solutions, that can still work well enough. Its more of a budget/personal preference at this point .
The most noticeable changes AntiViGames can make are cheaper mobo, psu, ram and remove the Wifi card/buy a capture card if he/she stays with Haswell/1150 socket

Capturecard is more needed if AntiVi wants to stream from consoles, imho. This rig will handle 1080p encoding and running a game all on it's own without too much of a hassle.
I would NOT recommend dropping down from the i7 to i5 to save on costs for a streaming PC, as it'll need the oomph in computing power for encoding + longevity. Those ~€80 saved right now can get expensive down the road.. I mean, Intel WILL change into a new socket with their next generation of CPU's and then upgrading becomes not only a question of CPU, but mobo and perhaps RAM aswell as DDR4 is lurking in the wings.
Then it comes down to saving on mobo/ram/other bits and while you can save something, it's somewhat marginal vs. overall price.. I think you can maybe cut 10% of the REST of the price, save CPU/GFX
