Microsoft's cloud storage service, formally known as SkyDrive, has relaunched today as OneDrive, and with the change comes support for Achievements on Xbox One.
The Xbox One version of OneDrive was already available previously as SkyDrive, and it continues to allow users to view clips created with the system's Game DVR feature, videos, and photos. The ability to watch slideshows of the photos you've uploaded to OneDrive is encouraged with the newly implemented Achievements, which include tasks like viewing 10 photos from your camera roll or watching five hours of slideshows.
OneDrive is not the first Xbox One app to offer Achievements; Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Xbox Video, and others offer Achievements (with no Gamerscore attached to them) for completing certain tasks.
