So after seeing the Siege function implemented (Not sure if meant to be there or not) I thought of the way that it would possibly work:
- The declaration period: Most likely going to be the time that you have to Bid on the castle scroll (Starts at 2,000 gold) This is around 3 hours from what we saw we did not see the scrolls in the game at the time so it could mean that this may not be right or they are just not in the game.
-The siege info at the bottom of the in game page shows the time that your castle will be open for attack (Not sure which time zone (Probably NA))
What we do not know at this time:
If there is preparation time ( Eg a set time where you can rally your guild and prepare)
If the scrolls are in the game
The max amount of people allowed to siege at one time
How often the sieges are
If anyone else finds information post it below and I will edit the first post with credits
Or if any of the information is incorrect I will also change it

Time for events is based i believe on your own computers time. Me and Mayron have looked at farms and after doing the timezone math found that it was the same time just matched to what our time zone was. They could be using actual Game time but that will be hard to figure out all the time because multiple game days occur during one real life day.

That does sound like a thing they could do and that would be useful, Sadly they seemed to remove the function soon after it was added so we cannot fully tell if that is the case, but hopefully when they add it back we will be able to find out more
