Streaming WiiU via Avermedia Live Gamer HD/OBS (no audio)

I am working on helping a friend get their WiiU setup so that they can stream WiiU via their Avermedia LiveGamer HD through OBS. Right now everything works but the audio.

Anyone have a guide or any hints on getting the audio to work?

I am unfortunately 6hrs away from their place, so I can't just walk over and fiddle with it.

This is the PCIe card one and not the portable one correct?

I have had the same experience with that one and it took some tinkering with the audio source settings and also depends if you are using a separate audio card like Soundblaster or on board audio. Hope all is fixed now or will be soon!
