General question about builds

Hello, I found myself in problem following this build, http://arche-base.com/builds/7631-Spell ... GZtkCj3ba1, I was doing firemage spellsinger, you are going to find it on middle, he says on lvl 30 i need to have that and that, and he wrote i need to have mana flurry :S and then i saw that he pick up all passive skills but he put in only few points in active skills? how is that possible, passive skills ask for that and that many points in active spells :S I also want to know, some people in guild told me that spellsinger is bad right now, that he is only good on lvl 55 not 50? If that is true can u recommend me some class for DPS with lot of spells xD I dont like "face to face" fights xD I hope im not asking for too much, I just saw lenght of my message xD

There are quite a few builds that are very bad right now, but really awesome at level 55. Cabalist is one that is mediocre right now, but at level 55, you can have an amazing build.

If you want lots of damage, and a very good PVP class, you definitely can't go wrong with Daggerspell (Sorcery, Witchcraft, Shadowplay). It is a very strong class, and I don't think you would be disappointed.
