Hi guys, I'm having trouble getting my Avermedia Live Gamer HD cap card to work. It worked perfectly fine for about 4months, then just completely stopped working.
I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 and whenever i connect the Live gamer the 2nd monitor I have it outputting to goes black. When I check the hardware the card icon (or indicator) starts to flash, like it is trying to recognize it but doesn't.
I have already sent it back to Avermedia and they shipped me a new one, so I know it is not the card itself. And the HDMI port I am using is fine, since I currently run my 2nd monitor from it just fine.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

have you tried to flash the firmware to it again? If it's detecting the latest, uninstall all the drivers and crap from avermedia, then run the firmware updater (This will sometimes work) Then run all the driver installs then it will magically decide it's working. Avermedia cards are nice and easy, but support is a joke, been through the circle with them a few times.

by firmware updater you mean the one from the avermedia website? I just used the firmware that came on the install CD, didn't bother trying the new one since people were complaining about it crashing systems.
