to start off, im not in a hurry (yet) for this upgrade so therefor i dont know what im willing to spend on it.
I live in the Netherlands,
have 2 monitors
play games in 1920x1080 on 1 monitor.
I have keyboard/mouse/headset.
no overclocking (since i have no clue how that works)
planning to play (new) games
so I need to upgrade my PC since I can't play the newer kind of games anymore, I would like some suggestions on what to upgrade and with what.
also if there are multiple parts that I need to add/replace, please tell me in what order I should add them to get the most out of it.(since I most likely can't buy everything at once)
Specs:

first of all we will need a budget to work with. the first thing i would replace is the gpu and maybe the powersupply with it. But i would recommend that you come back when you have the money and want to upgrade since the market changes all the time, however right now i would look at the gtx 970 if i were you
