screen randomly goes white or Black

once in a while my computer screen will go black or white when i'm playing a game i have a
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 980 4g i use 2 computer screens and they both miss up at the same time .I have updated my drivers a few times and i have had this problem since i got the card. I i don't know if my card is bad or i have a bad driver somewhere my other pc spec's are a i7 4790k 500G SSD 630W power supply 16g ddr 3 ram
MSI Z97 PC Mate LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard. The only way to fix it is to restart my pc.. plz help

Did you upgrade to this from another video card that wasn't Nivida? Did you run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) prior to installing your 980?

no everything is new in this pc i built it about 2 mouths ago

Did you try switching the PCI-E port , assuming your motherboard has more than 1 PCI-E port for GPU's , if it persists after that it could be a faulty GPU, if it never does it again, you could have a faulty motherboard.
