Building new Comp

Hey guys I'm trying to figure out where to buy either the parts or custom build.
my budget is: $1,000.00 and i live in: South Carolina
I'd like input on where i should order the PC from, I have 2 monitors already and it would be for gaming. I plan to play in 1260x980. I was looking at IBuy power, but i figured i'd get feedback from the best community on twitch.

First of all, you need a new monitor. 1260*980 is not ok for a 1000$ machine,second of all. are you willing to build it yourself(its as easy as building lego and i can personally guide you through the entire process)

its 50$ over budget but boy is it fast
