Getting regular BSoD. Anyone good at debugging these?

So, after talking with the MSI tech, they seem to think it's a bad motherboard. We're gonna replace it and see how that goes.

Based on all of the dumps I was going to suggest motherboard as well. Let us know how it goes. Might try downgrading the bios to a previous version.

And a week later, there have been zero BSoDs. Nor any of the other glitches that had started popping. Thanks again for everyone's time and help.
